Adjaye's Associates and the Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust will shortlist the top 50 entries that will all be displayed online through Flickr. These 50 photographs will then be whittled down to 10 winning photographs, which will all win the chance to take part in a photography workshop at The Stephen Lawrence Centre as well as having their photograph displayed in the Design Museum.
How to take part:
• Take a photo - Try to capture something special your city - a building, place or space in your local area.
• Give your photo a title or caption
• Email your photo and caption, your age, full name and your telephone number or school/collage/university details to: urbanphoto@designmuseum.org
Terms and conditions:
• ONE photo per entry
• You must be aged 25 or under to take part
• Maximum file size 5MB
• The decision of the judging panel is final
The competition deadline is Friday 20 August 2010.
